Ingredients

  • Whole chicken – 3lbs
  • Egg Noodles – 10oz
  • Capsicum diced – 3
  • Carrots diced – 3
  • Oil (preferable olive oil) – 2tsp
  • Italian Seasoning – 1tsp
  • Salt and black pepper – To taste

For Stock

  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Spring Onion – 3
  • Carrot – 1
  • Onion – 1
  • Or any other vegetable you like or available

Preparation

  • Fill a big pot to its three quarter with water and add chicken (bony part) and vegetables to it. Let it simmer keeping partially covered on medium heat for an hour after once the water starts to boil.
  • Strain the stock and store for the soup while discard the vegetables and bones.
  • Heat oil in big pot and fry cubes of boneless chicken adding pinch of paper and salt in it for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add vegetables and keep stir frying for next 2 minutes.
  • Next add chicken stock and Italian seasoning. When soup starts boiling bring it to low flame to simmer.
  • At this point add noodles and as per taste salt and pepper. Cook further for 5 to 10 minutes so that noodles and vegetables are cooked thoroughly.
  • Add water or more stock if needed to get desired consistency.
  • Switch off the flame and serve the soup.

2- Grilled Chicken Recipe To Lose Weight Fast

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts – 2
  • Garlic and Ginger paste – 1tsp
  • Red ground Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground Cumin – 1/2 tsp
  • Ground Coriander – 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – Big pinch
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Preparation

  • Preheat grill on medium high heat.
  • In a bowl mix well all spices and oil.
  • Rub this mixture on both sides of chicken.
  • Grill each side of chicken for 5-6 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • Serve grilled chicken after spraying with lemon.

3- Sweet and Sour Chicken Vegetables Dish That Helps In Quick Weight Loss

Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken Cubes—500gms
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
  • Capsicum – 1
  • Carrot– 1
  • Cabbage – 1/2
  • Olive oil – 2tbs
  • Salt and black pepper – to taste
  • Soya sauce – 1tbsp
  • Chili sauce – 1tsp
  • Honey – 1tsp

Preparation

  • Marinate chicken with all spices except honey and let it rest for half an hour.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan and add stir fry chicken cubes until chicken is tender.
  • Cut the vegetables in any desired shape and thickness and add in the fried chicken and stir fry only for 2 minutes.
  • At the end mix honey and let it simmers for 2 minutes.
  • Switch off flame and serve with spring onion.
